What We Learned Against the Dolphins
The injury ravaged Packers lost another heartbreaking game today, falling to the Dolphins in overtime 23-20 at Lambeau Field. Coming into the game without the services of starters Clay Matthews, Jermichael Finley, Ryan Pickett, and Mark Tauscher, along with players who have already been placed on injured reserve ending their seasons, the team was desperate for a win to build confidence, almost as a "we can do it" attitude considering all of the players they were missing. Unfortunately, a win was not in the cards and the Packers fell to 3-3 on the season.
Only being able to listen to the game on WTMJ I did not get to see the action-that will come tomorrow. However, there were some takeaways from the play I heard...
A Closer Look at the Miami Dolphins
Overview
Outside of a Week 1 gimme against the Bills, the Dolphins weren't presented the easiest start to the 2010 season. Before coming to Lambeau this Sunday, Miami had to go up against the Vikings, Jets and Patriots, the latter two being played at home in prime time. Sure enough, the divisional showdowns are the two games that sit in the loss column on the Dolphins' record. The Dolphins come into Green Bay desperately needing a win to keep pace in a very tough AFC East division.
