On the Verge of a New Season

The anticipation is really building now. With only 13 days left until training camp, I'm starting to feel like a kid who's eagerly awaiting Christmas. So, let me tell you about some of the things we're unwrapping this season on GPN.

We've moved The Atrium to its own subdomain and given it a brand new look. We wanted to make it easier for Atrium viewers to catch up with the latest episodes. Watch some back episodes to get you pumped for the coming season and be sure to give Brady a five-star rating and tweet out every new episode.

We've got a new chat bar on the bottom of every page that looks, and functions a lot like the facebook one on one chat, but it's got a ton more fun stuff associated with it. Here's a run-down of some of the things you can do with the new chat bar...

Of course, you can chat one on one with a friend, but if you want to do a group chat you can easily set up your own group chat room where three or four of your friends can have a conversation. Just look for the image to the left. You'll find it in the bottom chat bar.

Want to play some games during pre-game or half-time? This icon looks a little bit like a nuclear testing sign, but it opens the door to tons of games.

Of course, we appreciate it when you share GPN content with your friends, and we've made it easy for you. Just check the chat bar for the icon on the left. It allows you to share the current page, whatever it is, with your friends on Digg, Delicious, any social network, and more. Share away.

In addition to chatting one on one with a friend, you can go head to head against them in games. When you open a chat with a friend, you'll find the playing card image at the left. If you want to go head to head against your friend in some games, click the playing cards.

In the next post, I'll talk about some of the plans we have for making GPN a great community for Packer fans to interact. Until then, try out some of these new tools and keep retweeting and sharing articles.
